Christian Valentini is active in the field of financial law, assisting his clients in the setting up and/or registration of Swiss and foreign investment funds. He advises numerous banks and financial companies on regulatory issues and handles cases involving disputes between banks and their clients.

He also provides comprehensive advice to private clients wishing to take up residence in Switzerland, notably on the administrative, civil and tax aspects involved, calling where necessary on the firm’s international network of correspondents to handle the multiple requirements of this particular type of client.

In corporate matters, Christian Valentini assists his clients in selecting and setting up the right type of business structure and subsequently advises management on organizational, administrative, contractual and litigation issues.
