Practice areas Céline Peiretti is mainly active in the fields of commercial and banking law, as well as litigation law. She is advising and representing individual and corporate clients in corporate, contract, labour, insolvency, banking, mergers and restructurings law and in litigation proceedings in the fields of commercial and banking law. Working as a research assistant at the Department of Commercial Law of the Geneva University Faculty of Law for over four years, she has obtained a Diploma of Advanced Studies (DEA) in corporate law, a field in which she has a particular interest.
