Myriam Nicolazzi’s practice concentrates primarily on tax advice to corporations and individuals, corporate law, and banking and financial law. Her clients include Swiss corporations of all sizes and international groups active in sectors as varied as the banking industry, luxury goods, collective investments and bio-technology.

She assists them in their strategic thinking and subsequent practical steps, ranging from feasibility studies and negotiations with the competent authorities to the implementation of their projects.

Myriam Nicolazzi has a particular interest in restructurings and corporate succession issues.

She also provides strategic advice to private clients on the management of their tax liability.
