Practice areas Pierre Gillioz focuses his practice primarily on the formation, organization and/or reorganization of corporate structures, both from the angle of corporate law and that of taxation. He assists his clients with acquisitions and/or mergers as well as the creation of networks of partners linked by distribution, franchise or licensing agreements, especially in the luxury goods sector. He also advises private clients on their wealth and estate planning in Switzerland and abroad. He is frequently invited to speak at seminars organized by professional associations or academic institutions in Switzerland and abroad.
