Nicole Fragnière’s practice focuses primarily on advising corporations on matters relating to establishment of organizational structure and assisting them in everyday operations (labour law, service agreements, distribution agreements, restructuring).

She provides advice to corporate and individual clients on tax matters, particularly in respect of VAT, and represents them in resolving tax-related disputes.

She also regularly assists private clients taking up residence in Switzerland.
