Practice areas Bernard Dorsaz advises and represents institutional and private clients before Swiss courts and in arbitration proceedings conducted in Switzerland or abroad. He handles litigation in matters involving commercial, inheritance and construction law. He also advises private clients in asset management, tax and estate planning, and assists them in taking up residence or acquiring real estate in Switzerland. Bernard Dorsaz draws upon his extensive litigation experience in advising clients on a broad range of contractual and transactional matters.
