Nicolas Dinichert’s practice focuses on business law matters conducted by individuals or corporate entities within Switzerland or in an international context. He assists and represents his clients in disputes before judicial and administrative authorities in Switzerland. He also advises them on non-litigious matters.

He is involved in litigation and debt recovery on a regular basis. He primarily handles disputes in his preferred areas of practice, namely corporate matters, securities transactions and commercial agreements (sale, distribution and other agreements relating to transfers of assets; agency, employment, works and other agreements relating to provision of services).

Nicolas Dinichert is also frequently consulted on non-litigious matters in the above areas of activity. He has developed a practice in business aviation transactions and has a strong personal interest in art law.
